International Returns Policy

Items can be returned for a refund to the original payment method. You have 60 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

For national orders over €95.95 and international orders over €149.95, we offer FREE exchanges and returns. For other orders, the customer is responsible for sending the item to the address below:

Once the item is received and verified to be in perfect condition, we will proceed to issue a full refund of the purchase.

Returns Policy

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise is not in the same condition it was sent, within its original packaging and tagged. Items received that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer.

Products Purchased from an Authorized Retailer

Refunds will not be issued for the return of items purchased from other authorized distributors. If you purchased the product from an authorized distributor, please contact that store to inquire about their own return policy.
